HOW WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION

NK can collect your information as follows:

1.- ENQUIRY / CONTACT FORMS (optional): When you fill in and submit the forms included in the contact / enquiry sections on the website www.digitalmoving.it/noketchup NK can process the necessary data filled out in the online contact / enquiry forms. Personal data collected through the online forms, such as first name / family name / e-mail address / telephone number, will be processed only for the purposes strictly connected to your request to be contacted. Therefore the data will be processed and used solely to reply to your request to be contacted. By filling out and submitting the form you are requesting to receive a reply thus authorizing NK to use the contact information you provided.

2.- TRAVELERS REGISTRATION (mandatory upon confirmation of booking of a tour designed and provided by NK).
In order to finalize the booking of services / accommodation included in the purchased tour package we will require the following travelers’ information
– Complete first and family name of all travelers
– Contact information: phone number, e-mail address, residential address.
– Passport Number, date and place of issue and expiry date.
Such information are required for billing purposes and to finalize the reservation of all confirmed travel services. They also entitle us to contact the traveler for any communication regarding the Tour package purchased.

3.- MARKETING / PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES (Optional) – You may also consent that we use your data to send you our promotional messages and updating of rates and special offers (optional).

4.- NEWSLETTER (Optional) – By subscribing to NK newsletter you will authorize NK to process your e-mail address for the purpose of providing the Newsletter service. You can decide at anytime to revoke the subscription by using the link included in the newsletter messages or by sending an email to info@noketchup.com

You may decide to share with NK feedback, reviews, ratings, pictures or videos of your clip which could be uploaded on the website as contribution for the evaluation and ranking of the services received. In case you authorize NK to share such information you will receive a waiver form to be filled, signed and returned to NK along with the material to be shared on the website. The user will be fully responsible for what is shared (E.G. consent of other people shown in the photo / video or the presence of underage subjects) and exempts NK from any type of prejudicial consequence that could be attributed to him for the user’s behavior. 

PLEASE NOTE:

– Payment of the purchased tour package is processed through an external secure server provided by NEXIGROUP or VIVA WALLET, Italian companies with international profile offering digital payments services and infrastructures to main Italian banks, companies, institutions and public administration. Such payment procedure allows you to personally fill in the information regarding your credit card. The information will be managed directly by an international secure payment process.
In any case NK will never obtain any information about your credit card or store it in its servers.

– Details regarding all your personal data held by NK may be required at any time.

METHOD OF TREATMENT AND PERIOD OF CONSERVATION
Your data is processed through the use of electronic, computerized and manual instruments and are kept by NK to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of the obligations and strictly for the time necessary to achieve the specific purposes for which the information is collected and in accordance with the applicable laws on the protection of personal data. In any case the maximum retention period is 10 years from the conclusion of the service rendered, after which NK will permanently delete / anonymize your data. With reference to the Newsletter service, it will remain active until the user’s subscription will be removed.
NK processes the data according to logic and procedures functional to the above mentioned purposes and in compliance with the Privacy Law, including issues relating to the security and confidentiality of the information.

SHARING OF INFORMATION

The personal data is processed by NK personnel expressly designated and trained for such purpose. All NK staff are obliged to follow updated procedures and standards on security and privacy practices. The servers where personally identifiable information is stored are protected by cyber security measures.

SUPPLIERS – In case of confirmation of a tour package or services NK will provide to local suppliers involved in the fulfillment of travel arrangements ( such as Hotels, transfer providers, tour guides, etc.) some personal information (e.g. travelers’ name). NK accurately select professional and reputable suppliers which are supposed to operate according to the privacy law. NK cannot be held responsible for the use of user’s personal information by its providers.

AFFILIATED WEBSITES – The user might have been referred or addressed to www.digitalmoving.it/noketchup through another website linked to NK by affiliation or commercial cooperation. NK will not share any personal information of the user to the referring website. Such affiliated / partner websites are supposed to be managed by reputable companies acting in compliance with privacy principles and rules. We suggest to refer to the privacy statements of any website that referred you to www.digitalmoving.it/noketchup 

AGGREGATE INFORMATION (non-personally identifiable) – NK can share aggregated demographic information with partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information.
